RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At 8 Figure Label, many of our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, colors, and your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

Once the issue is reviewed, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

SIZE AND FIT

Because products are made to order, we generally cannot provide returns or exchanges when the customer selects the wrong size. Please review the size chart provided on the product page before ordering.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be cancelled before they are submitted for production. Because orders may enter production quickly, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Products identified as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange except when the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, or where otherwise required by law.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
